For our 2025 Majorca programme direct from Jersey we are pleased to welcome you onboard with BA CityFlyer. You will enjoy a quick 2 hour, ten minute flight onboard one of BA CityFlyer’s Embraer E190 jets. The seating configuration for this plane is a 2 x 2 layout with seats numbered AB-CD across one row.

 

BA City Flyer2025 Flight Timetable

Departures will be on Saturdays starting on the 3rd May 2025 until 27th September when the final flight will depart Jersey for Majorca, returning on Saturday 4th October 2025. Stays are available for weekly durations for 7 nights or more subject to availability.

All times are local and subject to change.

Saturday 3rd May 2025:

  • Depart Jersey 13:55 / Arrive Palma 17:00

Saturdays 10th May – 27th September 2025:

  • Depart Jersey 13:55 / Arrive Palma 17:00
  • Depart Palma 11:55 / Arrive Jersey 13:05

Saturday 4th October 2025:

  • Depart Palma 11:55 / Arrive Jersey 13:05

Check-in opens from 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time in Jersey, and 2.5 hours prior to departure in Majorca and minimum check-in time for all flights is 1 hour prior to departure.

For flight only customers please check our website 24 hours prior to departure where any change in the scheduled departure time will be clearly posted.

Final flight details for all FlyDirect departures will be shown on your pre-departure information issued by email approximately 1 week prior to departure. If you have not received this email by the date 5 days prior to your departure, please contact our office.

Occasionally, we might have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.

LuggageLuggage

Included in your flight price is one piece of hold luggage with a weight limit of 20kg (maximum dimensions of hold luggage are 90cm x 75cm x 43cm.) You may take onboard one cabin bag up to 10kg in weight, with maximum  dimensions of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm, including wheels and handles.

Any additional items, such as a handbag or laptop bag/briefcase, must be carried within this single item of cabin baggage and the overall weight must not exceed 10kg in total.

For any oversized bags, any excess weight will be charged at the airport’s current excess baggage fee each way. This will be applied and paid at check-in. Alternatively an additional suitcase of up to 20kg can be booked in advance, at a cost of £60 return. Please contact our team on 03301 344 733 for more information or to book. Please note that all luggage in addition to the standard allowance is carried subject to final load on the day.

Infants under 2 years of age are entitled to 10kg and in addition can take a pushchair and/or car seat.

 

 

Extra Legroom SeatsExtra Legroom Seats

On Majorca flights there is the option to upgrade to extra legroom seats for only £50 per person return.

A limited number of seats are available per departure and are subject to availability at time of upgrade request. These seats carry restrictions as to who can occupy specific seats due to safety criteria. Please call our team on 03301 344 733 to discuss. Restrictions may include:

  • Infants under the age of 2
  • Children under 12 years
  • Disabled passengers
  • Mobility impaired passengers
  • Pregnant passengers
  • Passengers requiring an extension belt
  • For emergency exit rows you must be able to speak and understand English or Spanish

BACF CateringCatering

BA CityFlyer will be providing a complimentary drink and snack on board this service for our clients travelling to Majorca.

There is no buy on board service available, however passengers are welcome to take food & soft drinks purchased in the airport on board with them.

 

 

 

Golf ClubsTravelling with Sports Equipment

Golf Clubs and properly packaged bicycles can be carried on our Majorca service. The charge is £60 per item return, and this is payable to FlyDirect at the time of booking.

Please call our team on 03301 344 733 to enquire if there is space to book your sports equipment prior to booking your flights. All sports equipment carriage is subject to final load on the day.
